Terms of Service.

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of flynsoup.com and the services provided by FlyNSoup, LLC, doing business as RealClean Aircraft Detailing Front Range ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide aviation-only aircraft detailing services across Colorado's Front Range. Specific services, pricing, scope, and turnaround are agreed in writing for each engagement, typically following an in-person assessment by Tom at the aircraft's hangar or FBO.

Scheduling, Access, and FBO Coordination

• You are responsible for arranging hangar or ramp access at your FBO and confirming any badging, escort, or insurance requirements specific to that facility.
• We will provide a Certificate of Insurance to your FBO before commencing work.
• Cancellations or reschedules requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a fee.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing is provided in writing after the in-person assessment. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other terms are stated on the written quote. We accept check, ACH, and major credit cards. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Colorado law, and you agree to reimburse reasonable collection costs and attorney fees on past-due amounts that are referred to collection.

Insurance

We maintain $5M+ in operating insurance specifically for aviation detailing. A Certificate of Insurance naming your FBO can be provided on request. Our insurance covers our work; it does not replace your aircraft hull, liability, or hangar coverage.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your provision of inaccurate aircraft information, or unauthorized access to your hangar or FBO facility arranged through you.

Photographs and Publicity

We may photograph completed work for portfolio and marketing use. Tail numbers, owner identities, and operator names will not be published without your written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version is effective when posted, with a new "Last updated" date.
